Appointment Booking Deposit Policy
Our appoitment booking policy requires all of our new guests to provide a 50% deposit on their first visit. If a guest has 1 or more last minute cancellations (less than 24 hour notice) or no show appointments, a deposit will be required for all future appointments. Our teams time is valuable and many of our appointments take a minimum of 1.5 hours. Typically there is not enough of a notice to fill up that time slot with another appointment. At Studio 500 Salon we value both our clients and stylist time. If a cancellation is received less than 24 hour notice, it will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount. “NO SHOWS” will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount and will be noted in your account history. The client will have 7 days to schedule and perform the previous scheduled service, otherwise the client will forfeit reserved service amount.
Service Redo Policy
Our guest’s satisfaction is our top priority here at Studio 500 Salon. In the case of any dissatisfaction with a service you have received, Studio 500 Salon has a three (3) day redo policy from the date of original service. The redo will be scheduled with the same stylist who provided the original service. In the case where the original stylist does not have time available an exception may be made, and the redo may be scheduled with another member of our team.
If a guest receives a color treatment and is not comfortable with the shade of color chosen by you and your stylist, we will gladly make any changes necessary to satisfy our guests. If a guest receives a requested color treatment and then decides to change the color requested, there will be a charge for that service. We do not offer refund on services.
Hair Extensions Policy
All hair extension services require a consultation. Please provide 3 screenshots or photos of our desired look. A non-refundable deposit of 50% of your scheduled appointment cost is required when booking extension application services. The deposit will be applied to the overall balance of the appointment and is not an additional add-on fee. This deposit will secure your appointment, cost of hair, application materials, coloring (as needed) to enable our team to provide a complete service for our guests.
Rescheduling: Request to move any hair extension appointment with less than a 48-hour notice will incur a $150 reschedule fee. This fee will need to be paid prior to rescheduling the hair extension appointment.
Refunds: The extension hair and service provided is a package and is non-refundable. Products for at home care will be recommended. Please contact us with any questions or concerns after the service. Studio 500 Salon is not responsible for any damage to the extensions from the client or another salon/stylist.
Product Return Policy
If for any reason you are not satisfied with a product purchased at Studio 500 Salon, please return the unused portion (not less than half full) within 30 days of the original purchase for an in-store credit to be used towards a service or product. Studio 500 Salon does not, under any circumstances, give cash refunds.
